    Could only manage 4 rounds and did half miles instead of 1k.
    Body was just not feeling it today.

    Push-ups on dumbbells- first 3-5 boy each round

  3. 45:53
    Regular push ups on toes

    Vs 46:40 w/ deficit push ups on knees

    One break after round 4 to blow my nose. And excessive coughing when I was done.
