  3. Wanted to repeat this WOD from 2 yrs ago when I first started this hiitmamas journey after baby #3.

    Run 400m

    25 push ups
    Run 400m
    25 BFSU
    Run 400m
    25 burpees

    Treadmill at 7.5
    K2E on floor
    10 PU on toes/15 on knees

    Vs
    19:24
    All PU on knees
    Crunches for sit ups

    20 lb. cleans
    Jump pull-ups
    Kept going for reps 6 and 3 for a total time of 7:02
    (Had to stop to show my husband what a proper clean was ?)

  5. Did 21 and 15 reps… Oops!
