10 double unders (40 single jump rope)
15 kettlebell swings, 20 lbs
20 walking lunges

    DU- one at a time (& a few lashes on legs!)
    20# lunges (half overhead)

    Then finished yesterday's workout

  3. Did 16 minutes of 30 second sprint intervals

    5 rounds

    40# on lunges

  4. 5 full rounds, 12 lunges in to 6th
    Single jr
