Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
20 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
80 Jump rope

  1. Well I had the numbers all mixed up so I ran 10 minutes of intervals for warmup then I did the 20 minutes but did:
    20 sit-ups
    40 push-ups
    100 jump ropes
    (I must have done this too early before my brain was functioning)
    And I did 5 full rounds and then up to 15 push-ups. Good workout even though I did backwards…arms feel like jello

  2. Started with 12-9-6-3
    40# power clean
    12# ball slams
    Burpee box jumps
    Did in 7:13

    Used remaining time to get in 4 full rounds
    Boy pu
    Reverse crunches

  3. 6 rounds in 21:10, could've sworn I did more, haha!
    Lots of breaks on sit-ups!

  4. 6 rounds + push-ups and 33 sit-ups
    Regular push-ups first two rounds then switched to knees.

  5. Made up yesterday's WOD.

    Then – last year subbed body surfers for sit ups so did it again this year to compare.

    8 full rounds
    Push ups on knees, chest to ground
    Sub body surfers for sit ups

    Vs 7 rounds + 12 push ups

  6. made it to 74 jmp rope in 3rd round.
    did it as 80 single jmp rope. will continue this way until i don't suck so much at it! 😉

    Timer ran out before I did the last round of jumprope. Just finished it up afterward
    Half modified half real push-ups
