Following the pattern of 2-4-6-8, etc. reps, complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
Deadlifts, 40-60 lbs
Handstand push-ups (scale as needed)


Rest 3 minutes


Then, following the pattern of 2-4-6-8, etc. reps, complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
Power cleans, 20-30 lbs
One-legged squats

    Thru 16 reps on first couplet
    Ran 3 minutes fast then
    Thru 12 2nd couplet
    Ran 3 minutes fast

  6. 12 round to 6 push ups. 50# dl
    10 rounds plus 11 cleans. 30# pc

  7. Half hour elliptical
    12 rounds plus 14 power cleans. 30# dl on Bosu. Bosu push-ups

    10 rounds plus 12 power cleans (25#)
