3 rounds for time of:
Run 800 meters
30 Dumbbell squat clean, 10-15 lb dumbbells
30 burpees

    5lb because those are the only dumbbells I have, in hindsight should've just used the barbell.

  4. Throat has been raw today so needed a WOD with less sucking wind. Did Crossfit's WOD from Friday…

    Following the pattern of 2-4-6-8, etc. reps, complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
    deadlifts (80#)
    handstand push-ups (did first 5 rounds as pike, then switched to knees on bench)

    Rest 5 minutes

    Then, following the pattern of 2-4-6-8, etc. reps, complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
    power cleans (30#)
    One-legged squats (down to lifting bench)

    14 of 16 reps deadlift from 1st couplet
    16 of 16 reps power clean from 2nd couplet

    1. 30:11
      Treadmill (2 x 7.1, 6.8)
      30# squat cleans, but to floor

      Vs under 32 with 20# SC to parallel

      Brutal. Earned my shower today.
