  1. So I really didn't want to do this one. I struggle with running and have more so since I hurt my back 1 1/2 years ago. I decided I'd only do 5 rounds, I ended up doing all 10. This is my first "run" outside in a year and a half. I've been doing everything on the elliptical. It felt good (That's why I kept going…the weather outside at 56 degrees was a bonus too!)
