39:52. Ugly, but done. 94°humidity today in Tampa. Pushing 50# kid in jogger. Went out too fast; had to stop a lot. Achilles isn't complaining about my first 5k in a long, long time. Yea!
Good job Nissa!!
24:46
Not mad about that. Gonna kick this 90 Day's ash!!
58:29. Had to run up and down my hallway, dodging children and a kitten, since my treadmill is still in storage, so not entirely sure how accurate it is. Ugh, I obviously need this.
One year separated and finalized the divorce in July. Worst year of my life. Gained weight and on lots of medication. So… I'm feeling much better mentally and ready to get myself back. I'm training for the Marine Corps Marathon (late Oct) and I know this will help me cross train. Before all this I weighed 169lbs and ran a 5k in 29:32.
Today, I weigh 187 and ran the 5k in 43:45. If that doesn't say "Cesca was really really sad" I don't know what does. So.. Onward and upward Mommas. I'm bringin Cesca Back!
Go Cesca!
Go Ces!! I can't wait to see you progress through this 90 days. You deserve this!
5K on the treadmill 26:15
This really isn't a good indication of fitness for me unless I run on the road. I really pushed myself on the run and it was hard. Not sure I could have pushed so hard outside. I'll run a 5K outside this weekend and see how I do.
Also, completed yesterdays 100 Wallball WOD after a 5 minute rest.
That was hard!!!
30:36
I'm back on the saddle!! And it feels good!
Go girl!
24:00. Outside run.
Vs 26:55 on 2/27 on treadmill.

Had to stop half way and wake up kids and start breakfast. Treadmill was killing me!
Walked it, achilles tendonitis doesn't like to run much. Didn't bother timing.

Lets rock these 90 days! Catching up on all 3 wod this week for challenge since I had mirgrains this week.
I don't know the exact time because my watch wasn't working right, but about 31:00. I have barely run in over a year and I haven't been doing the wods in a while, so I'm excited to see how my time improves! I'm ready for this challenge! 🙂
38:46 trail run. So not a runner, but determined to complete this challenge this time!
38:34
2 miles of it was talking on the phone lol. Took my mind off of things.
Glad I did it, almost talked myself out of it!

First 3 (5k) was 23:10 (but was also pacing myself because I knew I had further to go)
