I'm just so proud I finished all7 rounds! I really didn't want to do a wod today but I didn't go to the gym at lunch so I told myself I had to do this after work. I haven't done a hero wod in forever since I have been lately doing a lift workout at the gym& doing wods as I can. I was trying not to substitute but I ended up doing the last3 rounds boy push ups. I didn't walk the last3 tho although I told myself next round I could just to convince myself to do the next round& not stop!
