sumo deadlift high pulls, 25 lbs
box jumps, 18 inch box
push presses, 20 lbs
double unders (sub 4X single jump)

  9. 21 minutes, I think. Managed to pause the timer by accident partway through. 20# thrusters for wall balls, 20# sdhp, 20# pp.
