    Harder than it looks!!

    Subbed 30# weighted lunges for cleans – back is a little tweaked from yesterday.

  3. Ran 2.5 miles
    Wood 6:38 assisted pull-ups

  4. 7:55 bpu since no bar. Due to strength training before wod only able to complete3 rounds
