100 meter sprint
15 handstand push-ups (scale as needed)
50 double-unders (or 200 single jump ropes)

    Push ups with knees on step
    Puppy chewed jump rope in half, so did single jump ropes pretending to have a rope. Great heart rate wod. 🙂
