10 Push press, 20-30 lbs
10 Kettlebell swing, 20 lbs
10 Box jump, 18 inch box

  4. 10 rounds in 17.5 min. Awful time, but still sick with sinusitis. Had to step up and down on box instead of jump because my teeth hurt so bad from sinuses.

    Step-ups instead of box jumps since I'm still taking it easy on my knee until my half marathon on Saturday!

  7. 10 rounds. Feel good about getting in 100 box jumps. It's been a while since I've done those and it took a while before I started to feel confident again.

  12. 12 rounds (technically I did the last four jumps after the timer went off) 20# pp, 25# kbs. Took a week off to recover from strep. My body is tired! 🙂
