no food after 8:00pm
no alcohol
 reduce sugar intake

    bent leg dips
    LOTS of chair help for pull ups but tried added in some reverse pull up work to make up for it.

    Assisted pull-ups on the gym machine (50 pounds) Last round of pushups were girl pull-ups. Straight leg dips.
