Run 400 meters
21 kettlebell swings, 20 lbs
12 pull-ups (assist as needed)

    Jumping pull ups- first few on each round on my own
    I did "Cindy" yesterday and did 75 pull ups- my arms are sore so I had to take several breaks!

    So glad my treadmill is fixed and I can do the running workouts in the morning again!!

    Subbed the running because I am training for a marathon and I am already running a lot. I wanted to do something different.

    Outside run, 20# KBS, reverse pull ups.

    Definitely feel like I'm starting at ground level again since I haven't done the workouts in so long. Going to push myself to get back where I was strength wise.

  6. 19:03 with jumping pull ups. I stopped a few times to move my mobile baby away from weights and the treadmill but didn't stop the timer.

  7. 10:33 vs 10:31. Ugh!! I am improving everywhere else but this one just doesn't get better!!

    Treadmill, 15# KB, chair asst pull ups. Treadmill was at 8.5.

    1. You can sub push ups until you get a bar. ($20-$30 at Target) You can also do pull-ups under your table, etc.

    No pull-up bar, so substituted bent over db rows using 30# (2 15# dbs)

    Ran 1.5 miles before

    35# KB
    Unassisted kipping pull ups! WOOT!

    Then ran some more for a total of 4.5 miles.

    So, faster, using heavier weights and no assists on the pull ups! I am making progress!
