    Thought I was doing great, then saw my last time was 6:44!
    Alternated between 30 and 15 lb. tricep dip bar wasn't available so used machine (30 then 20#) instead

  4. Took Christmas break off, but back at it today.

    9:15 with 20# in dumbbells.

  5. 7:38. One round of straight leg dips, rest bent knees. 30# thrusters.

    Vs 6:54 w/ all bent knees and 20# thrusters.
