  1. No treadmill & roads way too icy, so I repeated the workout from 1/4/14 and smashed my time.

  3. I rowed 1000m for intervals instead of running (it is more challenging for me). 1 minute rest between rows.

    Back in the day I did notice that I got faster the further I went. Same trend here. I even stopped for kiddo (for too long…20? 30 secs?) during the last leg so we could cross the street together and still got this great time.

  5. After taking off for a year (!), I'm back!! I did NOT run, but walked…very slow…really, really slow. So slow, I'm scared to post my time, but I did this on my treadmill without using the handrails and up to an incline of 4. My goal was to not go so fast that I had to hold on, defeating my purpose. Plus, I haven't done any type of exercise in a year and I didn't want to overdo it. It feels good to be sweating again (without having a hot-flash)! lol

    About 5 minute rests while I waited for Melissa to do her run and watched her 15 month old that we passed back and forth.

  7. Injured foot can't run so decided to do a 600 meter swim for 20 min then a 10 min warm down. Hope to do crossfit where it feel comfortable, but when. I can't I will swim! Not giving up!! 🙂

  9. Completed the workout in 25(ish) minutes. I dropped my phone in the toilet, so I no longer have a timer!

  10. Was doing my Handstand WOD and between wall walks, I did the sprints.
