Getting over the flu/head cold. Completed on 12/24. 12:09. 14# wall ball, 24 in box step up with lunge off the back. 45# sumo, no jump up on burpee, 45# press. Then 12/24 wod.
12:57. Wow I feel slow compared to the other times, but I'm about to drop. only 10 lb pp. full burpees.

So though I was slower I was using A lot more weight and higher box and so not too shabby I guess.
Then ran 4 miles.
10:30. 30# for all. Thrusters for wall ball. 14" box jumps.
Vs. 11:28. 20# for all. Rest the same.
