Inverse Tabata shoulder press, 20-30 lbs
Inverse Tabata front squat, 40-60 lbs
Inverse Tabata deadlift, 40-60 lbs

The Inverse Tabata interval is 10 seconds of work followed by 20
seconds of rest for 8 intervals. Rest 2 minutes between exercises.

Post total number of reps for each exercise to comments.

  4. Did this after I did a Mayhem Rowing WOD. Mistake.

    Mayhem WOD was:
    3 Rounds
    15 GHD (I did BSU)
    15 Wall Ball
    750 M row
    2 Rounds
    15 BSU
    15 Wall Ball
    500 M row
    1 Round
    15 BSU
    15 Wall ball
    250 M row

    Then I did Todays WOD

    45# SP (really PP) 62
    65# FS – 50 legs were trashed from wall ball
    75# DL – 53 – tried 95 but was too tired to do it without hurting my back.
