  7. 9:25, GPU. I don't know how you ladies can bust out 50 regular push ups. I can barely get 50 with my chest to the ground with my knees down. Good work!

    Didn't do the one on 9/26 because I'd just had a baby, but Vs. 9:33 on 12/28/12 (had subbed bent rows for bodysurfers).
