  2. Estimating 13:20. Rds 2 + 3 = 8:57.

    Bad workout day! Started first run and the treadmill belt started turning inside out! (Belt had a 'hangnail' hence the clunking yesterday.) Had to stop workout and repair. Started over. Discovered after round 1 timer got stopped. Grrr. Glad I finished anyway.

    Run was with double stroller + 20lbs
    Felt good!

    30 lb sdlhp first round but was holding two weights which was awkward so dropped to 20 for the other rounds.
    Ran 2.25 miles total: 4.25
