    Used pedometer app to measure 100m in basement. Ended up being 95 walking lunges.

    Just over 100 m=80 lunges for me.
    Did 30 of the bench dips with my feet up on another bench. That was tough! Happy Friday Mamas and Papas!

    Subbed burpees for the first pull ups and push ups for the second pull ups

    1. Either my legs are really short (entirely possible) or I miscalculated the distance. I did about 120 lunges per set!
