21 deadlifts, 60 lbs
15 pull-ups (assist as needed)
9 front squats, 40 lbs

suffered when his vehicle struck an improvised explosive device.

    Red pull-up assist band for pull-ups.

    Should have gone heavier for DL and if I had a second bar, for FS.

    Ran 3.5 miles after in 26:24

    Butt & leg workout
    Challenge exercise of the day from gym (50 donkey kicks each leg)

  7. 7:40. 65# dl, band asstd pullup, 40#fs. Did a back/bi workout this a.m.

  8. 8:02. Completed on 7/11. After 7/11 wod. 90# dead lifts and squats. Pull ups on machine. Then RPM.

    65# DL and front squat
    jumping pull-ups

    Felt very slow and sluggish this morning, but got it done.

    Maria #80 and each round 5 unassisted pull ups and then chair assisted with as little as possible
