Jumping pull ups
The last couple months mu shins really start to hurt while doing box jumps! Any idea what I might be doing wrong? ?
Repetitive movements on hard surfaces can cause shin splints or beginning stages. I'm speaking from own experience and many of my past athletes. I am not a medical professional 😉
I do know that icing the shins and taking a break from box jumping may help them out. If you let them go and keep pounding on them you could end up with a stress fracture. Good luck!
Thank you!
