  2. Massive missed box jump bruise. Assisted pull ups still killed me. Prob 25 min total.

    The last couple months mu shins really start to hurt while doing box jumps! Any idea what I might be doing wrong? ?

    1. Repetitive movements on hard surfaces can cause shin splints or beginning stages. I'm speaking from own experience and many of my past athletes. I am not a medical professional 😉
      I do know that icing the shins and taking a break from box jumping may help them out. If you let them go and keep pounding on them you could end up with a stress fracture. Good luck!

  5. Very happy, I was able to run 3 miles without any pain in my foot or calf. Feels good to be back to almost 100% again.

  7. Feelin a little under the weather today, so I made up the 7/4 workout. There was a massive strep throat outbreak on vacation last week (both hubby and sis-in-law at drs right now getting tested) – here's hoping I'm just tired!

    Maria 18:52 did 5 unassisted pull ups the rest chair assisted,#10 wb and 18" box, I am still sore from the other day (pull ups/push ups)
