Faster than last years and I was only doing 40lb Deadlifts. 🙂 feels great. This week is one year that I've been following these wods!!!
I got 5 rounds in plus an extra 17 deadlifts in as my time was almost done and I wanted to finish off the time constructively.
Plus, first two rounds I did 200 single jump rope subs, the last three I subbed 50 double unders.
Did Tuesday wod since I missed that day, added 50 dl to make up for todays.
