If you use Spotify, search for the album 'Tabata Songs, Volume 1." It has music perfectly timed in the 20/10 intervals; they tell you when to go and stop and when it's your last round. Do one song per move.

Will do workout later today. I put workout in the "seconds" app. You can set tabata times or other workout timers. Great free app.
