  1. If you use Spotify, search for the album 'Tabata Songs, Volume 1." It has music perfectly timed in the 20/10 intervals; they tell you when to go and stop and when it's your last round. Do one song per move.

    I did 438 reps.

  2. Will do workout later today. I put workout in the "seconds" app. You can set tabata times or other workout timers. Great free app.

    Took monday off to recover from the dirty girl mud run I did on Saturday. It was so much fun and I rocked it because of these workouts. I sailed over every obstacle with ease….Not always grace but that's just me. I encourage all of you to sign up for one of these races they are fantastic.
