3 Deadlifts, 60-80 lbs
7 Push press, 30 lbs

  1. 9 rounds plus DL & 4 pp- went ahead a finished last 3 reps to make an even 10.

    13 rounds
    65lb deadlifts
    25lb push press

    Added 800 meter run afterwards.

  3. 5 1/2 rounds (could't do any more PP!)
    60# (x2 30# DB) for DL
    30# (x2 15# DB) for PP
    1st time lifting weights in 7 months!

  4. You girls are rock stars. 6 rounds and 60# is the most weight I've ever lifted! Also , turns out my times haven't been posting. I've been with you girls each day but my tech skills haven't been. Sigh.

    Ran an 800 to warm up then ran another after the set. My 800 times are close to when I ran in Highschool Track!

    Went ahead and maxed out. Started at rep weight and added 10# to DL and 5# to PP in a 5.4.3.2.1 rep pattern till maxed at

    10 rounds + 3 DL

    75lb DL (barbell)
    35 lb push press

    Ran 1 mile warm up.
    Ran 3 miles 23:20 after.

  15. 10 rounds exactly. Did 80 for DL (most I've lifted so far!) and 20 for pp.

    6 reps dead lift since only using 30#
    Switched from #30 to #20 push press after round 10

  20. 8 rounds finished 9 after the buzzer. #30 all around-working on form for deadlifts since this typically kills my lower back for 2 days so far no low back pain;)!
