18:24 I jumped across the room as far as I could, stairs outside were wet (I have a wood deck, wet deck = slippery steps), 16 lb weights. Now if I could just catch my breath 🙂 THANK YOU for these workouts!!!

15:35 didn't have a box so did step up on stairs. Wow 80 burpees killed me. And did 20lb squat cleans. What a workout.
18:20 all as rxd except that i must admit i cheated on 1st round & did hang cleans. I felt guilty so i forced myself to take more breaks so icould do squat cleans because i was just cheating myself . The last round i did full butt to floor squats so that way even though i was dead tired i was pushing myself to make up for the 1st set.
