  1. 31:47. Wow this was hard. I never thought I would finish the burpees. I did 30# for the cleans and a girl pushup in the burpees. This WOD lived up to its name!

  2. That's a helluva a good time Liza, with all that running!! Wtg!

  3. 33:26. 30# cleans. Broke up the last mile…1/2 mile, 50 burpees, 1/4 mile 25 burpees, last 1/4 mile and another 25 burpees. I am drenched!

  4. 34:26
    All boy p/u burpees
    But broke it up (ran .2 – 10 burpees x 10 + 50 sit ups and cleans)
    Full body sweat.

  5. Chris: 34:36 — As rx'd. 40# cleans
    Lori: 35:18
    Mod: 20# cleans
    straight-leg crunches for sit-ups
    50 pushups, instead of burpees

  6. 38:49
    I spilt up the burpees.
So happy I finished because when I saw this WOD I just wanted to go back to bed.

  7. 40 min! Half push ups on burpees…but I'm so grateful to be healthy enough to do this "killa"!!

  8. I am really nervous for the rest of the week if this is Tuesday workout. It took me over an hour with girl pu. But my second mile was11 minutes which is not slow for me 🙂

  9. So proud of ya'll that finished! I had a major modification because I jogged my son to school and had to talk to the secretary, so I don't have an accurate time. I also only made it through 30 burpees, but I am proud of myself anyway! It will be interesting to see this workout come around in 6 months to see my own improvement!

  10. 33:43 but I only could get through 30 burpees and I'm already late for work. That was definitely killa!

  11. 45:30 Full sweat…definitely an appropriate name for it and a major momma workout for me! Pushing the 2 kiddos in the sit and stand stroller had me walking for some of it but we made it!

  12. Wow, this was hard but great. Only did 10 burpes but going to finish the last 90 through out the day. Didn't keep track of time!

  13. 27:42. Drenched in sweat!!! Step backs for burpees, 30lbs for the cleans, the rest as rx'd. I had to map out my cul-de-sac so I could make sure I was running a full mile as the baby slept…the treadmill lies to me.

  14. 38:22
    No Cleans
    only 60 burpees
going to try and do the rest tonight!!!

    1. Oh yeah, and pushing a 2 year old in a jogger on the run.

  15. 31:54
I didn't think I was going to make it through all of those burpees. I so wanted to quit. But I made it!

  16. I have a question I just realized about calculating the weight rx'ed with the cleans (or any other bar required thing)… is it 20-30lbs exluding the bar or wieght of the bar + 20-30 lbs? (In my case with a 45lb bar that would be 65-75lbs)

    1. Since I don't have a bar and have always used dumbbells, I am only calculating for 20 lbs of total weight. If you can do or want to do more, more power to you!

  17. Brittanys – I'm pretty sure you do NOT include the weight of the bar. That is the total weight. But Jenni can give us the definite.

  18. Weight of bar = 35 lbs + 2 5 lb. Plates for a total of 45 lbs. 🙂

  19. 37:37. I did all boy push ups on the burpees, and they took forever. I think I should have broken them up like a lot of others.

  20. It was pouring rain here today, so I thought I'd save this one.
Got looking at WOD's on youtube and found this one, so I thought I'd try it:
    5 rounds
    10 wall climbs
    10 toes to bar
    20 box jumps (18") called for 24"
    Took me 28:32
Those wall climbs are killer and I did not get parallel to the wall, but I did what I could, same with the toes to bar, got my toes to about eye level.
    Great WOD though! 🙂
    Looking forward to doing Killa!

  21. 38:03 with MAJOR modifications!

    24# dumbbell cleans – ran 1/4 mile, walked 1/4 mile – 50 situps – ran 1/4 mile, walked 1/4 mile – 2 burpees – 50 pushups – 50 jump rope

I tried to do burpees, but between being too fat AND too uncoordinated (I face planted on my 2nd one), I decided to do push ups and jump rope instead. KILLA killed me!

    1. Queen BeeBerta….I love you! I love reading your posts! You make me so proud. 🙂

  22. 26:33.3
    20# cleans
and 100 PU for burpees, I knew I wouldn't make it through the burpees, but I knew I could push it on the PU finishing strong.
All else RX'd. Super proud of my runs…8:20/8:22, if I were still in the army I would have blown my APFT run out of the water for my age.

  23. Oh yes..even though I didn't do the burpees, this was a great workout. Looking forward to the rest of the week!

  24. Approx. 45 minutes. I am not sure of the exact time due to some timer issues

I changed this up a bit. I ran a 1 mile route to the gym, completed the cleans, sit-ups and burpees and then ran a 1 mile route back home.

  25. 33:37!!! WOW!!! I did not believe I could actually run 2 miles 🙂 Because I have loose ligaments, I have never really run much. I did the cleans(30lb) and burpees together because I did not want to do those outside, otherwise I did the rest in order 🙂

  26. Somewhere between 42 and 45 minutes! (Forgot to turn the timer on for the first 10 Cleans)
I didn't think I was going to finish those burpees!
    BRUTAL workout!!!!

  27. 31:08
    40lb cleans
Only 50 burpees, and i took the push up out.

Long day, i admit i gave myself a wee break.

Question- i have a long torso and ahort legs. Even with cross fit situps, i feel like i spend most of my effort swinging my arms to get up, like my fulcrum is too low. If i havey boyfriend holdu feet lightly, i can actually engage my abs and get a good sit up in. Is that cheating?

    1. Ha ha. You said fulcrum. Lol. Just kidding.
Not cheating. And who cares? Do what works. 🙂

  28. I wasn't able to fit this in today! I don't have a jogging stroller for my boy, and he's almost too old for one. :-/ I did however do a 10 minute AMRAP of 20 walking lunges and 10 burpees.

I know, NOTHING compared to todays workout! WTG everyone that pushed yourselves!

  29. OMG….I thought I would die, and I didn't even do the running!! Couldn't do that because it wouldn't be very good to leave my son in the house alone while I ran a couple miles…LOL.

OK, so 17:20. I did mod sit ups, 15# cleans. Tried with 30# bells but it was awkward and I was losing form. I did the burpees as best I could and didn't stop the timer when I took a break…

Burpees – I hate burpees. I hate them. I really do. No one likes them. BUT, I can't believe that I actually did 100 of them…and I have to say that I have improved SO MUCH in my form and ability to do them…so, I guess the proof is in the pudding and they are worth the effort. Damn…I was hoping that I could just see that they didn't work and stop doing them. 😉 Oh, well. Keep em coming.

  30. Katy-33:20
    Kelly-34:40

Killer! We wanted to stop but we kept on going and SOO glad we did.

We shared the responsibility (taking turns) of pushing the 6 month old and 3 year old in the double Bob while running…boy did that make it an extra workout!!!

  31. 32:09
Alternated between 1/2 mile run and 25 Burpees to reach the totals

    30 lb for the cleans

  32. Sorry, had a long day today, just needed to zone out to my iPod. Ran 7 miles in 58 minutes.

  33. epic fail….did a few of everything in 20 minutes in very bad form….first time ever….after 8 pg and 2 c-sect just trying to wake this body up. Tomorrow.

  34. 34:30 a day late. And I may have cheated a little on half of those burpees…

  35. Ok the title of this workout is no joke. 27:18 as Rx'ed. I did this one with my sister, if I wasn't working out right beside her I am pretty sure my time would have been slower…got to love some healthy competition!

  36. I had such a hodge podge of a work out today. Got up late so I did the 2 miles and only 60 burpees. And they weren't pretty. Will they ever get easier? Power Yoga for my evening workout. I love seeing everyones workouts posted!

  37. 34:37 one arm cleans 15# dbl. Last 20 burpees without push up

  38. 34:01 all outside cool windy sunny fall weather. 32# cleans, burpees with boy pushups. Definitely a tough workout! Thank you!!
