  1. 29:12 with 30# on front squats. By the end I had REALLY wished it was 20#s

  2. 31:54 With some walking moments. I misread and only did 20 squats, but I don't know if I could have done more. Feeling it anyway!

  3. 25:16 I was only able to do 4 rounds since my toddler had other ideas than letting mommy workout this morning. I only wogged since I'm not up to running that far yet.

  6. 27:19 It might have been closer to 300m because we just ran down and back on our block. And used 18lb weights. My husband did it in 22:35 with the same weight.
