Thrusters, 30 lbs
12 knees to elbows
12 sit-ups

Thrusters, 30 lbs
15 knees to elbows
15 sit-ups

Thrusters, 30 lbs
18 knees to elbows
18 sit-ups

Thrusters, 30 lbs
21 knees to elbows
21 sit-ups…

This is a timed workout. If you complete the round of 21, go on to 24. If you complete 24, go on to 27, etc.

  1. 6 rounds 51 reps used 20lbs w/leg lifts instead of knees to elbows

    4 rounds + thrusters + leg lifts + 12 sit-ups (20 pounds)

  3. 5 rounds + thrusters + 4 situps
    I accidentally switched the kte's and situps

  4. Katie – 5 rounds + thrusters, situps, and 12 kte's

  5. 5 rounds + 18 thrusters + 10 sit-ups
    20lb thrusters because Chris had the heavier weights
